Auto-rename illegal characters from MAC so they can be unzipped in Windows

We receive ZIP files from MAC users that use illegal characters in file or folder names for Windows computer. The only option is to open the ZIP file on a MAC computer and rename those files or folders and re-compress it. It is very time consuming. If you don't rename, Winzip errors out and never unzips the files
