Remember WinZip Window Position and Size

When WinZip is closed it should remember the window position and size that it last occupied on the monitor so it can open in that position and that size again (instead of always opening centred on the monitor's screen).

    This capability already exists. It always goes back to the last place I closed it even if I position it on a second monitor
