Winzip SelfExtractor

The decision was made to remove the self-extractor tool from the winzip program. This a tool heavily relied upon by myself and others to make software, driver installation and custom file extraction easier. Asking it be added back or add the features the embedded tool had to the current standalone version, which is grossly inadequate to performing yhe job.
